Why not enterprise weight?

If you run an electrical or cleaning company of five people, you don't need a system with 40 different submenus, complex permission matrices, and an implementation period of six months. You need a system that lets you assist a daily report in 2 minutes and send an invoice that is correct.

Although the examples here come from the construction industry, the same principles apply to service companies, cleaning firms, electrical, plumbing, ground works, assembly, and other recurring site work where time, deviations, and extra work must be proven.

We have deliberately opted out of "enterprise weight" to maintain speed. f-iks Site is optimized for companies with 1-15 employees.

Three things we do differently

1. No license per user: In most systems, it costs extra every time you want to invite a colleague. We think that is stupid. We want your entire team to document, so we charge per project instead. Unlimited users.
2. No training required: If you can use a smartphone, you can use f-iks Site. There are no hidden menus or complicated flows. It is straight pipes – from project to report to money.
3. Focus on the field work, not the office: Many systems are built for those who sit at the office all day. We have put all our power into making the experience in the phone as smooth as possible, because that is where the documentation is actually born.

Our philosophy: Time is money

Every minute you spend in an administrative system is a minute you don't spend building. Our goal is for f-iks Site to be as unnoticeable as possible. It should just work, be there when you need it, and ensure you get paid for the work you actually do.
